Hello everyone. Sorry it’s been a while since my last post on here. I’ve been super busy with upgrading our website, among many other things. (Like working on a Print store, so you can all enjoy our artwork in your own home!) Today, I’m going to post some of my recent pictures that I took at the Detroit Zoo’s Butterfly House. This gorgeous area of the zoo, is stuffed with beautiful exotic flowers and of course, butterflies. So, what does it take to capture a beautiful butterfly, you ask? Well, if you look under the pictures I’ve posted below, I’ve listed my camera settings for each shot. This will better help you to set up your own camera to get great pictures of butterflies in your area. Please note, that these were all taken when the sun was shining brightly through the glass ceiling. Now, onwards to the photos!
Yellowstone National Park Photography Tips
With our upcoming Yellowstone National Park trip quickly approaching (we’re leaving tomorrow night), I decided to look up some tips for photographers in the gorgeous park. Of course, there are many tips floating around the internet about this wonderful opportunity to photograph one of the most beautiful National Parks in the country. Below are some of the ones I found to be quite helpful and interesting. I can’t wait to look for all of the animals listed below. If you have any tips, please feel free to share them below, and also let us know if you have been to Yellowstone National Park before and your experiences there!
