Spencer’s 8 Month Session – Lifestyle Portraits

Today I want to share with you a beautiful session we had recently of the adorable little spencer. We have had the great pleasure of photographing this little cutie each month of his life, and today we’re sharing his 8 month session. These sessions are always held in his lovely home with his mother at hand, helping him to smile and laugh for the camera. This session, he was a little cranky, so we didn’t get as many of those stunning smiles he usually gives us, but we still think that this session turned out fantastically. Cake Smash at Heritage Park Farmington Hills MI

Once in a while we get the opportunity to share those precious moments in life, like this one. This young gal was about to celebrate her first birthday, and we were fortunate enough to be called upon to photograph her cake smash in anticipation of this young lady’s first birthday party.

Family Photos in Elizabeth Park, Trenton, Michigan

Arriving at Elizabeth Park in Trenton, MI to photograph an engagement/family session… We were a bit disappointed that the skies were still very gray, and still dropping a good amount of rain down on us. However, we were determined to make the best of it, and we were able to spend an idyllic afternoon photographing this very pleasant and delightful family at our favorite park in the Downriver Michigan area. Despite the uncooperative weather, we still all had a fantastic time and the shots that we were able to capture of this beautiful family are completely stunning. Newborn Baby Pictures in Metro Detroit

Taking photographs of newborn babies can be so much fun. As photographers, we’ve learned that it also requires a good deal of patience, and can sometimes be… rather messy.

When we had the chance to photograph this beautiful baby girl, we had a great time, but our ability to be patient was also needed. She was wide awake (photographers often prefer sleeping babies), even though we kept her nice and warm as well as ensuring she had been fed recently. As is often the case with youngsters, she just wanted to do her own thing, and didn’t care too much about getting her pictures done. Although we didn’t end up with as many great baby pictures as we had hoped to get, we had a fantastic time, and captured some adorable memories for her parents to cherish for the rest of their lives – which, in the end, is every photographer’s goal!

Metro Detroit Downriver Baby Portraits at Elizabeth Park

Get ready for some cuteness overload! I had the pleasure of photographing this adorable, almost 1 year old baby this last weekend, and he was simply amazing to work with. He had a lot of fun in Elizabeth Park of Trenton, Michigan, just rolling around in the grass and getting into general mischief. He got to see some ponies that were stabled there, as well as an adventure with a giant daddy long leg spider! All in all, it’s safe to say that this photo-shoot tuckered the little guy out for his parents. To view his adorable photos, read on below!
