This setting for the gorgeous wedding photography we are sharing with you, was at Orlando Familia which is nestled on the grounds of the beautiful Riverview Highlands country club in Riverview Michigan.
As is our usual custom, we arrived early at the couples request to photograph their finer venue details, as well as get some shots of the bride, groom, and their party preparing for the big day. We must say, from our view, the venue did a wonderful job in decorating and getting ready for the day’s festivities. Everything was classy provided a gorgeous setting for the wedding, as well as for our photography. The day itself was warm and overcast… Not our “perfect” ideal, but we must always take what nature hands us!
The ceremony itself, took place in the cute chapel next to the banquet facility. While space was really tight, it was a beautiful setting for this friendly and fun couple to start their lives together.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the lush green surroundings to capture the bridal party and their family with some traditional wedding portraits… As well as a few candid shots we just couldn’t resist snapping.
As is typical for our wedding-day flow of events, after the family and bridal party portraits… We got to spend a little “two on two” time with the happy couple for their formal shots together. We had a great time exploring a small part of the golf course together, looking for great settings to forever encapsulate the happiness of the moment.
Once we made it back inside, we just had to take advantage of the classic staircase as a “backdrop” for some more individual portraits as well as a few more of the bridal party. It truly was a perfect setting for the look we were hoping to capture.
From here on out, it was party time! One of my favorite parts of the day is employing a journalistic approach to forever document the joy of both the couple and their friends and family, as they celebrate their first moments of wedded bliss. We feel that these shots did the happiness and beauty of this wedding justice, as these two shared their happiness with their loved ones.
To further add to your memories of the day, we always enjoy catching these little details and special effects for the bride and groom to remember. So much is going on during a wedding, it is difficult to recall the special mementos that can easily be forgotten. They are always remembered, when images as the ones below are included in your wedding photos.
