A New Year’s Eve Wedding Photography Adventure
We love a good celebration. I mean, who doesn’t, right? Well, talk about a great celebration here! We had the great pleasure to photograph a wedding that was taking place on New Year’s Eve, with the reception being held well into New Year’s Day (early morning hours.) The Bride and Groom held a party to remember, and we couldn’t be happier for them!
This wonderful party was held at the Hotel Baronette in Novi, Michigan. This venue features a beautiful sitting area, complete with a giant roaring fireplace. The decorations were gorgeous here as well, and complimented the party with style.
We had a great time, especially with the guys (as you’ll see below) and the photos turned out beautifully. While this wedding took place last year (2013-2014), we don’t want to leave these photos behind. We are hopeful to shoot at this location again in the future, and wanted to share with you all the beauty that can result from this venue. Read on below to see some of our favorite photographs from this very fun wedding!

Camera 1:
Canon EOS 6D
Canon 50mm f1.4 @ f1.8-f2.8 range.
Canon 24-105 f4 L @ f4.
Camera 2:

We hope that these camera statistics will help future and current photographers and hobbyists further understand how to capture similar wedding images as ours above. If you have any specific questions, feel free to leave a comment below!
